Retail Sales Associate – Smoke Show Cannabis
Position Overview:
Smoke Show Cannabis is seeking one reliable, customer-focused part-time professional for our two stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a retail environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant store. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is comfortable managing store operations and making sound decisions during their shifts.
Shifts Available:
Monday: 4:00pm-11:00pm (9th Avenue North location)
Tuesday: 4:00pm-9:00pm (Dewdney Avenue location)
Wednesday: 3:00pm-9:00pm (Dewdney Avenue location)
Friday: 4:00pm-12:00am (9th Avenue North location)
You would also have the option/availability to pick up shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable experience for every guest.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs through excellent product knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to ensure a positive visit.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain till organization and store cleanliness.
- Ensure the retail space remains presentable, including light cleaning duties (wiping surfaces, sweeping, and tidying).
- Maintain proper organization and merchandising of all inventory.
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and provincial compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and professional maturity.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Willingness to stay up to date on industry products and regulations.
- Valid CannaSell SK certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with Greenline or other retail POS systems is an asset.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
