Mind Hack Escape Rooms is searching for their new Location Manager! Hours of operation range from T - F 10am-10:30pm . Saturday & Sunday 11:30am-12am. Work hours will be based on business needs and rooms booked. Applicants will need to have availability.
As a Location Manager you will be expected to be an observer, storyteller, advisor, actor, and problem solver. You will work in our games room and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences. We are looking for quick learners with a strong attention to detail. But most of all, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Day-to-day customer experience
● Light Maintenance and basic location cleaning
● Oversee games
● Perform administrative duties - taking payments, updating Bookeo, etc
● Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
● Contribute to Mind Hack's Growth meetings by challenging and creating ideas
- Management tasks such as forecasting, attending to meetings, creating content for social media, checking inventory and supervising game masters on day-to-day basis.
