Proper Shine Cleaning Services is seeking experienced Residential Cleaning Contractors to support our growing team . We value reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality home cleaning services.

What You’ll Do
- Perform residential cleaning services (standard, deep, and move-out cleans)
- Follow established cleaning checklists and company standards
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and appliance cleaning as needed
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a consistent quality standard
- Respect client homes, privacy, and belongings at all times
- Communicate any site issues or damages promptly
Requirements
- Residential cleaning experience (approximately 2+ years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication and professionalism
- Consistency, punctuality, and trustworthiness
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and client expectations
- Valid liability insurance (required)
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC) prior to onboarding
- Contractors must be legally eligible to work in Canada and operate as independent service providers.
This role is vital in ensuring our clients' environments are clean, safe, and well-maintained. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic in all our contractors.
Pay: $60.00-$300.00 per day
