Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support professional to provide technical assistance and support to our users. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts. This role is vital in ensuring smooth IT operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across the organization. Duties
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Assist users with desktop support tasks including hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance
· Windows 11 Device deployment and configuration
· Installation and configuration of network printers
· Mapping and configuration of network drives
· Data synchronization via OneDrive
· Validation of device wifi connectivity and configuration
Each deployment will include final readiness validation prior to handover to the Customer.
Testing
Onsite IT team will conduct device validation including:
· Verification of network connectivity
· Validation of user profile configuration
· Confirmation of printer functionality
· Confirmation of mapped network drives
· Verification of OneDrive synchronization
Knowledge Transfer
Onsite IT personnel will provide basic operational guidance to Customer users including:
· Confirmation of system functionality
· Basic orientation to the deployed workstation configuration
- Configure and maintain computer hardware components and peripherals
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and provide excellent customer service
Experience
- Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles within an IT environment
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Microsoft Intune autopilot
- Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques across various platforms and applications
- Understanding of computer hardware components and basic maintenance procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist users at all levels of technical proficiency
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
