Job Description
PaPizza Co. is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential in creating a great customer experience while helping keep our restaurant running smoothly. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and will teach you everything you need to know.
Duties
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Operate the POS system to take and process dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions and orders.
- Recommend menu items, daily specials, and promotions to customers.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and dining area.
- Help manage online orders from delivery platforms.
- Assist with posting content and engaging with customers on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Support the team with other restaurant duties as needed.
Requirements
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using a computer, tablet, or POS system (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
