Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, establishing rapport and trust.
- Assess customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues to facilitate repairs.
- Explain recommended services clearly, providing detailed estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in promoting dealership services, specials, or promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a plus to better understand vehicle repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Sales aptitude with experience in upselling services or products effectively.
- Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation purposes.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
