Olive Branch is seeking experienced Cooks and Fry Cooks to join our growing prepared foods team. These positions are responsible for producing high-quality fresh meals and prepared foods while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, cleanliness, consistency, and efficiency.
Successful candidates will work as part of a collaborative kitchen team supporting retail, catering, and e-commerce operations. Whether preparing signature recipes, operating fryers, or assisting with daily food production, team members play a key role in delivering the quality our customers expect.

Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience.

Experience as a cook, fry cook, or similar food production role.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Food Handler Certification.

Experience in grocery retail, catering, deli, or high-volume food production.

Experience with kosher food preparation is an asset.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and production schedules.

Operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Assist with food preparation, portioning, packaging, and labeling.
