Job Summary
We are seeking a new member to join the Suzuki Team. The Human Resources Generalist will support Human Resources and Recruitment functions.
Duties
- Participate in talent acquisition processes including recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain HR records
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics
- Facilitate employee event planning
- Knowledge of human resources management best practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, and HR sourcing.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with administrative processes related to human resources including interview coordination and onboarding procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks.
- The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our company's growth through strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence.

Experience:
- related Human Resources : 5 years (preferred)
