Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to elevate the guest experience at luxury VIP events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage service, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage high-end clientele with discretion and sophistication. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with event standards and guest preferences
- Ensure all drinks are prepared accurately, efficiently, and presented elegantly
- Manage POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change
- Restock bar supplies as needed while monitoring inventory levels
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless service during high-volume periods
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, hospitality, or food industry settings, preferably at upscale or luxury venues
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy events
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse clientele including high-profile guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and tallying orders accurately
- Previous experience serving at VIP or exclusive events is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $17.60-$27.26 per hour
