We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance and facility infrastructure
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance history
- Maintain electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control panel
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols at all times
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and repairs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Electrical experience including wiring, troubleshooting, and system repairs
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems
- Experience using CMMS software for maintenance management
- Knowledge of safety standards related to facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail
