- Continuously assess cybersecurity risks, remediate gaps, and implement security best practices. Oversee the cybersecurity training and awareness program. Monitor performance and ensure gaps are remediated.
- Ensure colleagues are educated and supported with new software and hardware, or updates.
- Ensure backups are tested regularly, disaster recovery and business continuity plans are current.
- Monitor Helpdesk KPIs, performance, and service levels. Serve as escalation point for complex issues. Continuously improve Helpdesk process and procedures.
- Oversee the hardware lifecycle of laptops, printers, and servers. Ensure efficient provisioning.
Projects & Vendor Relationships
- Provide technical expertise and consultation to teams across Mosaic. Lead and oversee IT project delivery, including risk assessment, coordination, implementation, and application support for new software, deployment of hardware, and operationalization of new or upgraded systems.

People Leadership
- Lead, develop, and manage the IT team, setting priorities, providing coaching, mentorship, and maintaining high performance.
