What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines CSR, you’ll be the go-to resource for our clients providing expert advice, excellent service, and a personal touch. Your day-to-day will include:
- Guiding new and existing clients on personal insurance coverage, limits, and options
- Quoting, binding, and servicing personal lines policies with care and accuracy
- Proactively reviewing policies and recommending improvements
- Handling policy changes, renewals, and remarkets in clear, client-friendly language
- Supporting clients through claims, explaining procedures, and helping them feel confident
- Collaborating with Producers and teammates to meet retention, sales, and service goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and staying compliant with industry standards
Who We’re Looking For
- RIBO License (required)
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of insurance or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using broker management systems and insurer portals (SIG XP preferred)
- CAIB and/or CIP designation encouraged
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
