Our Contents Department is responsible for packing, cleaning, and handling personal belongings affected by fire, flood, or other property damage. This work matters — and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing it well.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking mature, hardworking, organized, and detail‑oriented Contents Technician to join our restoration team. This role focuses on handling customer belongings affected by fire, flood, mold, smoke, or other losses. You will be responsible for packing, documenting, cleaning, organizing, and safely transporting contents with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
- Pack and protect household items during restoration projects
- Document contents using photos, apps, and inventory systems
- Clean, sanitize, and restore items (including fire/smoke or water‑affected belongings)
- Perform general cleaning duties (post‑construction, final cleans, fire cleans)
- Wrap, box, label, and organize items for transport or storage
- Maintain job‑site professionalism and follow company procedures
- Wear PPE (must be clean‑shaven for respirator use when applicable)
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Complete daily paperwork and digital documentation
- Occasionally assist with trauma/bio cleans (if comfortable and trained)
What You Bring
- Previous experience in cleaning, packing, or moving (a strong asset)
- Reliable, mature, punctual work ethic. Mature and respectful attitude
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Bondable
- Valid driver’s licence & clean abstract
- Comfortable working in various environments (wet, dirty, confined spaces)
- Willingness to learn, including IICRC and internal training and to grow with the company

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
