We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in door-to-door sales for HVAC and plumbing services. This commission-only role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about business development, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, negotiation, and B2C strategies, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and expand our market presence.

We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and closing sales through face-to-face conversations.
The Role
This is a field-based, door-to-door sales position focused on generating new residential customers.
You will introduce homeowners to Sigma Group's services, identify their heating, cooling or plumbing needs, explain available solutions, prepare quotations or service agreements, and close sales.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and wants unlimited earning potential through commissions.
What You'll Do
- Visit residential neighbourhoods throughout Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury and Bradford
- Introduce Sigma Group and educate homeowners about our services
- Generate qualified leads and close new business
- Present repair, maintenance and installation solutions professionally
- Complete customer information and sales agreements accurately
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Represent Sigma Group with professionalism and integrity

- Furnace repair & installation
- Air conditioner repair & installation
- Heat pump systems
- Water heaters
- Annual HVAC maintenance plans
- HRV & ERV systems
- Air purifiers
- Air cleaners
- Gas piping
- Pool heaters
- Plumbing repairs
- Sump pumps
- Swimming pool systems
What We're Looking For
Required
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
- Confident speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Smartphone
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred
- Previous door-to-door sales experience
- HVAC, plumbing, home improvement experience
- Experience preparing quotations or sales contracts
- Customer service or sales background
Compensation
This is a 100% Commission-Based Position.
Top performers have unlimited earning potential based entirely on their sales results.
The more customers you close, the more you earn.
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
