Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate fence installation and carpentry work.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install fences using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling.
- Install related features such as gates, posts, or custom woodwork according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to estimate project materials and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related trade with a focus on fence installation preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic masonry or concrete finishing techniques.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material requirements.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for site work.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- A valid class 5 drivers license
Candidates should possess good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation is preferred. We welcome motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced construction environment!

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
