Lakeside Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring a Service Advisor to work one-on-one with our clients. Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicle need repairs or maintenance. We’re counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.
This is a full time position Service Advisor 7:30-5 Mon-Friday, with some Saturdays.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:·
Scheduling service appointments
·Opening work orders and describing clearly and accurately the specific customer problems and needs
·Recommending and explaining the nature of the required automotive repairs to the customers
· Encouraging vehicle service and maintenance by advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles
· Securing agreement from customer before repairs, outlining cost estimate and approximate time when vehicle's work will be completed
· Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner-Vehicle walkaround/check in inspection
· Communicating frequently and effectively with Service Technicians to obtain information on needed vehicle repairs
· Keeping customers informed of the repair progress and communicating the need for additional work when needed
· Explaining warranty policies and factory-recommended maintenance schedules to customer
· Staying up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership
