Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient On-Line Order Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves managing online order fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic e-commerce environment, supporting seamless order processing and delivery. The On-Line Order Associate plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Picking & packing orders for one of our warehouse. Clerical duties & cleaning duties.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack orders for our online platform. This includes city deliveries & mail-outs.
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
- Basic math skills for order calculations, quantity checks, and verifying shipment details.
- Collaborate with team members to arrange product availability.
- Changing on-line prices as well as other office duties as required.
- General cleaning.
- Other duties may apply.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be a definite asset.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is advantageous.
