Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with decision-makers, enjoys meeting performance goals, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 120 outbound cold calls to new prospects each business day.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across construction, industrial, commercial, and property development markets.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities within the company's CRM and ERP platform.
- Follow structured call, email, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Conduct follow-up communications with prospects.
- Maintain a professional and consultative approach with prospective clients.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or call center environments is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable learning and using modern CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
