We are now hiring a skilled and reliable Concrete Foreman to join our team. If you're experienced and ready to lead, we invite you to be part of our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations.
- Supervise onsite personnel, including workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Manage and support supervisor, carpenters & labor.
- Control project schedules, identifying and addressing any delays or gains within project scopes.
- Maintain company assets, equipment, and tools, ensuring availability for project needs.
- Manage project contracts and scopesLead and participate in project meetings, advising on schedule constraints and potential issues.
- Review project drawings for discrepancies and construction concerns.
- Conduct inspections and interviews, coordinating with the General Contractor as needed.
- Assist engineers with formwork drawings and design as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Understanding technical drawings and specifications.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Must be physically fit; repetitive bending, lifting, kneeling, walking for long periods of time.
- Essential qualities include problem-solving skills, punctuality, and pride in work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, humidity), dust, and asphalt exposure.
- Ability to work full time, overtime, and weekends when needed.
