Our Role | Travel Consultant
As a Travel Consultant, you will inspire and guide customers to explore the world by delivering tailor-made travel solutions and premium customer care before, during, and after their journey.
You’ll play a key role in driving business success while building meaningful relationships with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
What You’ll Do
- Inspire customers with personalized travel recommendations and thoughtful planning
- Provide end-to-end customer support throughout the travel lifecycle
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through smart strategies, market insight, and relationship-based selling
- Build trust as a knowledgeable travel advisor who understands different cultures and travel needs
- Collaborate with a dynamic team on special projects and initiatives that support business growth
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Legal authorization to work
- Prior travel industry experience is a plus; Cruise Line Experience is a Plus.
- Motivated entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
