We are currently hiring Event Beverage Specialists to support bar operations at our high-profile events. In this role, you will deliver efficient, polished, and guest-focused beverage service while ensuring full compliance with Smart Serve regulations. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position that requires precision, strong interpersonal skills, and full availability throughout event durations. This role is an addition to our team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up bar stations according to management specifications, ensuring proper stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies
- Deliver professional, friendly, and timely service to all guests
- Accurately take, prepare, and serve beverage orders following proper pour standards
- Operate POS systems to process transactions and handle payments
- Restock bars, fridges, and service stations throughout shifts
- Adhere strictly to Smart Serve guidelines and all alcohol service policies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs proactively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready bar area at all times
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Complete end-of-shift responsibilities including cleaning, restocking, and breakdown

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Previous bartending or food & beverage experience strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Experience handling cash and using POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to full event participation

COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Hourly Rate: $18.00
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends as required
