Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Follow phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Support store organization through effective time management and organizational skills
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandising is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and stock levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently as needed

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
