Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused individual to oversee the daily operations of our rural country store and pet food retail business. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced and diverse work environment where no two days are the same.
This full time position involves a mix of customer service, retail sales, inventory management, merchandising, receiving shipments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store. The successful candidate must enjoy interacting with people, be comfortable performing physical work, and have a genuine appreciation for pets and rural living.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
-Assist customers with product selection, pet nutrition questions, and general inquiries.
-Receive, unload, and stock inventory.
-Lift and move pet food bags, furniture, seasonal products, and other merchandise.
-Maintain attractive product displays and store organization.
-Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking.
-Keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming.
-Assist with deliveries and other duties as required.
-Help promote products and seasonal specials through customer engagement and social media.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
