Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Assist with meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes as directed by kitchen supervisors or chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Support food service operations by serving dishes promptly and courteously to customers
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated applicants
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience with serving or customer interaction is a plus but not mandatory
