Every call comes from an existing appliance owner-no cold calling required. You'll educate customers on the value of extended protection plans, overcome objections, and confidently close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from existing appliance owners
- Recommend extended warranty and protection plans
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Meet and exceed sales and quality goals
- Maintain accurate customer documentation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience (retail, phone or inside sales)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Reliable attendance and commitment to your schedule
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Technical Requirements
