Bayview Group is a growing local Winnipeg construction company providing heavy construction services such as road building, sewer and water, crushing, and all municipal services to our communities. We are looking to expand our team and are currently accepting resumes for the role of Locates Coordinator/ Safety and Health ambassador.
The successful candidate will work in tandem with our supervisors, foreman and our crews. As an asset to our growing team, you would assist our crews and supervisors ensuring what under ground utilities are within the area. Ensuring our excavations are kept up to our standards of safety and ensuring the locates are maintained as well as but not limited to performing private locates as needed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Submission of Click Ticket Request (To all utilities)
- Organize and map out utilities
- Document/ photograph all Utility marks and pre-damages
- Assisting with locates, marking buried utility locations
- remarks,
- re-painting maintaining locate lines
- Performing/ assisting with Private locates
- Other duties as assigned, such as; assisting with Safety and Health
Applicants must possess:
- Class 5 driving license
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods under varying weather conditions
