ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations across our Ontario & USA portfolio. You'll be the operational backbone of the team managing tenant communications, tracking compliance, supporting leasing, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease-related communications
- Prepare, issue, and track legal notices (N4, N8, N12, N13, etc.) in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act
- Coordinate with property managers, paralegals, and contractors to resolve maintenance and compliance issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all units including leases, move-in/out reports, and rent rolls
- Assist with tenant onboarding, unit turnover coordination, and vacancy tracking
- Support CMHC and lender reporting requirements by maintaining organized financial and operational data
- Monitor rent collection and flag arrears to the appropriate team members
- Assist with insurance renewals, government inspections, and municipal compliance matters
- Maintain filing systems and databases (physical and digital) across all properties
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of experience in property administration, property management, or a related real estate role
- Solid understanding of the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act and LTB processes
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties simultaneously
- Willingness to learn
Pay: $38,138.79-$65,260.20 per year
