Inside Sales Representative
Up The Creek Garment Company is looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple projects and helping bring creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders and pricing.
- Prepare quotes and invoices.
- Process and track customer orders from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and production staff.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone and email.
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
- Knowledge of Graphic Design programs such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Sage Simply Accounting or similar software.
- Previous experience in sales, embroidery, screen printing, promotional products or a related industry.
