With more than 120+ service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.
We’re currently hiring a full-time Parts/Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting operations through inventory management and customer service.
Job Duties:
You must have experience in some or all of the following:
- Inventory and stocking parts/equipment inventory in technicians trucks
- Counter sales
- Customer service and Sales over the phone with customers
- Organizing parts/equipment for projects
- Ordering and managing parts
- Sourcing of parts
Education, Experience and Language:
- Must be functional in English.
Skills Requirements:
- Plumbing or parts counter experience is an asset
- Ability to offer extended services to our customers
- Heavy lifting may be required at times.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC parts and equipment - an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- A good track record with customer service
