About the Role
As our full time Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their entire visit. You’ll blend professionalism with warmth, multitask like a pro, and ensure every interaction, in person, over the phone, or online, reflects our high standards and friendly energy.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet every client with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a smile that makes them feel instantly welcome.
- Manage the front desk with speed, accuracy, and style, from check-ins to check-outs.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with polished communication and prompt responses.
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using our booking system (training provided).
- Keep the reception area and client waiting space pristine and inviting at all times and help keep the clinic tidy.
- Anticipate client needs and go the extra mile to create a “wow” experience.
- Support the team with administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Promote services, answer client questions, and help guide them through their treatment journey.
- Call new potential clients and returning clients to help them find the best times to come in for their first consultation or redeem treatments from packages.
