The Job!
As a Accounting Manager, you will support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Perform financial analysis and variance reporting to support decision-making.
- Manage incentive, residual value, treasury, and cash flow accounting processes.
- Prepare consolidation packages and assist with annual financial statements.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with customs, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional business projects.
What you bring to the job
You come with experience with audits, treasury operations, and cash flow management. You also come with:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of finance/accounting experience, with experience auditing.
- Experience with tax and customs is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Expected Compensation: CAD $43.50 - $52.50 per hour.
