Job Description
Section 1: Basic Duties & Responsibilities
To physically and systematically perform accurately any & all necessary actions associated with:
a. Outbound/Inbound transactions
b. Dock receiving/shipping procedures with unloading and loading of trailers
c. Outbound container preparations
d. Exceptions identification and management
To participate in Inventory Control procedures as required such as:
a. Accurately picking, counting & packing to order
b. Identifying and reporting any & all inventory variances
c. Cycle Counting
d. Physical Inventories
To participate in Quality Control procedures as required such as:
a. Inspection of any & all inventory items
b. Identification & reporting of damaged inventory items based on Customer’s specifications
· To perform any & all activities in order to maintain Customer Service Level (SLA)
· To continually maintain operations to reflect 5S standards
· To maintain orderliness and cleanliness throughout facility
· To actively participate in Lean Operations as required with the intention of progression
· To maintain and promote compliance with our established Health & Safety practices and procedures
· To provide support in generating invoices and general interactions between Ivy Technology business partners
· To audit 5S requirements
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Section 2: Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development)
· Valid Forklift Operating License (Training for certification can be provided by the Company)
· Basic computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Section 3: Skills
· Ability to read, write, comprehend at a grade 12 English level or equivalent
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work in a cross functional environment
· Ability to perform to expected efficiency and output levels with minimal supervision
· Ability to perform physical lifting operations as required (up to 50lbs)
· Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks
· Ability to work well with others (team player, positive attitude and good work ethics )
Section 4: Minimum Target
· The minimum targets are dynamic in nature and will enhance with the continuous improvements in process or equipment
· Ability to meet daily minimum service level (SLA) as required by the customer
