Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas according to established standards
- Change linens, replenish supplies, and dispose of trash appropriately
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness, confidentiality, and professionalism
Skills
- Custodial experience or prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational skills and time management abilities
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
