What We're Looking For
✔ Red Seal Sheet Metal Worker
✔ Commercial HVAC and sheet metal experience
✔ Previous experience as a Lead Hand, Working Foreman, or similar leadership role
✔ Ability to organize work, support crews, and maintain high-quality installations
✔ Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pride in workmanship
