Hours: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

Location: Hamilton

What’s in it for you?

The typical hiring range for this position is $19/hr to $24/hr per year and is specific to candidates in this location. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join!

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities

Support day-to-day recruitment activities for the Hamilton and London regions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS and internal systems.
Ensure all recruitment files, applications, documentation, and records are complete and properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
Review applications and resumes and conduct initial candidate screening as required.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding documentation and onboarding requirements.
Coordinate with Operations and Scheduling to support new-hire placement and availability.
Assist with job postings, sourcing, recruitment events, and candidate outreach.
Monitor and update recruitment reports and requisition status regularly.
Ensure recruitment documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Provide timely updates to Recruitment Management on recruitment activity, challenges, and outstanding items.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Perform other duties as required.

Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications

1 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Education in Human resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an asset.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records for audit and compliance purposes.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to take initiative.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Recruitment Management and Operations.
