After Eight Interiors is a Calgary owned and operated Flooring and Tile company and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Tasks include: ordering materials and scheduling pick-ups from suppliers, entering new materials, updates and pricing in our system, data entry for accounts receivables and payables, assisting with inventory counts and data entry as well as various other administrative tasks as needed. You will also be providing holiday coverage for accounts receivables and payables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be extremely organized and have the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. They must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy within tight timeframes and have excellent computer skills. No previous experience with flooring or construction required but would be considered an asset as would knowledge of Pacific Solutions software.
Salary starts at $4,000.00 per month depending on specific qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefit program after three months' employment including life and disability insurance.
NOTE: we are looking to hire immediately with interview being conducted the weeks of June 22 and 29.
