Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join team. Based in Kingston, you will play a key role in connecting clients with our innovative mobility solutions, helping improve mobility and enhance quality of life. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, identify client needs, and recommend products and services that provide meaningful value. You'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Meet with clients, caregivers, therapists
- Inside and Outside Sales, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00
- Promote and demonstrate our range of mobility products to potential clients.
- Complete product demonstrations, fittings, and equipment deliveries
- Build strong relationships with Customers, Therapists and decision makers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare quotes, documentation, and funding paperwork
Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records collaboratively with the Sales Assistant including Dashboard for Commission.
- Maintain regular communication with clients & Therapists regarding orders, service, and follow-up.
- Manage multiple client files and prioritize ongoing requests in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with the service team and office staff to ensure smooth client support
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills, and managing a busy schedule
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Valid G driver’s license is required with clean abstract.
- Experience in sales, healthcare, customer service, or mobility equipment is considered an asset
