Pay Rate: Approximately $17–$19 per hour
About the Event
We are urgently hiring 300+ Security Guards for the upcoming Foo Fighters concert at Mosaic Stadium in Regina on September 15, 2026.
This is a large-scale stadium event, and we are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-service-oriented security personnel to help maintain a safe and organized environment for guests, staff, performers, and event operations.
Security Guard Responsibilities
- Provide professional security and customer service throughout the event.
- Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and designated event areas.
- Conduct access control and assist with crowd management.
- Monitor guest activity and identify potential safety or security concerns.
- Assist guests with directions and general event-related questions.
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the venue.
- Follow all event, venue, and company security procedures.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and communicate with supervisors when required.
- Work closely with event management, venue staff, emergency personnel, and other security team members.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Event Security Management.
Qualifications
- Valid Security Guard Licence required.
- Previous event, concert, stadium, crowd-control, or security experience is an asset.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work the full scheduled shift from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a large security team.
Transportation Available
Shuttle transportation will be provided for employees travelling to Regina for this event.
Shuttle service will be available to and from Regina for qualified security personnel travelling from:
- Winnipeg, Manitoba → Regina, Saskatchewan → Winnipeg
- Brandon, Manitoba → Regina, Saskatchewan → Brandon
Transportation details, departure locations, and schedules will be provided to confirmed employees
Compensation
Approximately $17–$19 per hour, depending on position, experience, qualifications, and assignment.
