Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer accounts and record interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, or exchanges as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
