We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals who love the beauty industry to join our team at the Avalon Mall.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by consulting with customers to understand their requirements for products and services
- Provide beauty advice and educate clients on how to use retail products
- Schedule client appointments
- Assist with regular inventory management
- Maintain product displays, promotional material and store signage
- Keep the store clean, neat and organized at all times
- Follow company policies and standards
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and an unmatched level of customer service
Requirements:
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Sales-orientated with an understanding of customer service
- Strong communications skills and positive attitude
- Good time management
- Daytime, evening and weekend availability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least two years retail experience required, preferably in the beauty industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
