We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and assisting customers in need, ensuring a positive experience during stressful situations.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the tow truck to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate towing services.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
- Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle operability.
- Uphold high standards of customer service while interacting with clients during towing operations.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients in various situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
