Allen Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in a temporary contract position.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients and company representatives, the Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing prompt, courteous service. This includes directing inquiries to the appropriate insurance professional, whether they are received in person, by telephone, or electronically.
Position Details, Responsibilities and Duties
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- 6-12 month contract position with possibility of extension
- Location: 45 Dominion Street, Warkworth ON, K0K 3K0
- Greet clients and company representatives professionally by telephone, in person, and through email.
- Effectively manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
- Accept in-person and electronic payments and provide receipts.
- Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide general administrative support to the Allen Insurance Group team.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with other reception and administrative duties as required.

- Previous reception, administrative, or customer-service experience is considered an asset.
- Experience managing a multi-line telephone system is considered an asset.
