A busy and well-established collision repair facility is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join its team.
As the first point of contact for customers following a collision, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience during what can often be a stressful time. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently guide customers through the repair process from vehicle drop-off to vehicle delivery.
Working closely with customers, insurance partners, and the repair team, you will help ensure information is communicated accurately, repair files remain organized, and customers receive timely updates throughout the repair journey.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair process
- Communicate repair timelines, vehicle status updates, and next steps with professionalism and confidence
- Serve as a liaison between customers, insurance partners, and the repair team
- Create, maintain, and update customer files and repair documentation
- Assist with data entry, research, and administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Address customer questions and concerns while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Review repair files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process customer payments and assist with vehicle delivery procedures
- Utilize industry software, including RepairCenter and PBS, to manage customer and repair information
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience required
- Collision repair, automotive, insurance, or service industry experience considered an asset
- Experience using RepairCenter, PBS, or similar management systems is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Professional, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology and software systems
