Element Restorations Ltd. is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations throughout Campbell River and Northern Vancouver Island.
We’re seeking someone who is confident in all aspects of construction — especially finish carpentry, drywall, framing, and renovations — and who takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Finish carpentry and detailed interior finishing
- Drywall installation, repairs, mudding, and finishing
- Framing and general carpentry
- Window, door, and siding installation
- Reading blueprints and executing scopes of work
- Residential and commercial renovation projects
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Working independently and alongside a skilled team
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of carpentry/construction experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
- Ability to problem solve and work efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Assets:
- Red Seal or Journeyman certification
- Buildertrend experience
- Occupational First Aid certification
