We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-focused, and customer-obsessed Project Coordinator to join our Cambridge branch.
You enjoy keeping projects moving, communicating clearly, and making sure customers and internal teams always know what comes next. You can manage multiple priorities, catch issues early, and follow through without losing sight of the customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate customer projects from measure through installation and post-install follow-up.
- Track project milestones in Salesforce and take action when projects are delayed or stalled.
- Schedule measure, installation, and service appointments.
- Maintain the branch installation calendar in coordination with the General Manager.
- Ensure project files, measurements, materials, and installation details are complete and organized.
- Keep customers informed of timelines, appointments, and next steps.
- Receive product deliveries, verify orders, and coordinate required installation and service materials.
- Complete post-install administration, including customer follow-ups, installer labour invoices, financing documents, and payment updates.
- Coordinate service appointments and replacement materials with General Manager guidance.
- Communicate risks, discrepancies, and customer concerns to the General Manager when additional support is required.
Who You Are

- Proactive and comfortable taking action to keep work moving.
- Accountable and reliable, with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable learning and using project-management and customer-service technology.
- Able to balance urgency with thoughtful decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry experience is an asset but is not required, we will provide training.
- Valid Class G driver’s license.
- Currently and immediately eligible to work in Canada.
