Hutcheson Sand & Mixes is currently hiring a General Labourer to join our sand bagging operations. This is an entry-level, hands-on role in an indoor industrial environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically capable, and looking to build experience with a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with sand bagging operations and material handling
- Lift, move, and stack filled bags safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support general site duties as required
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, repetitive tasks, standing for long periods)
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous labour experience is an asset, but not required
What We Offer
- $21.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and reliability
- Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
- Overtime opportunities as needed
