The Opportunity
Vivion Energy is growing our sales team and seeking ambitious Sales Representatives who are passionate about helping homeowners make informed decisions about their energy needs.
This is a fully remote sales position where you will connect with qualified homeowners, educate them on Vivion Energy’s solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial conversation to closing.

Core Responsibilities
- Consult with homeowners to understand their energy needs and goals
- Educate customers on Vivion Energy’s solutions, benefits, and available options
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospective customers
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline with organization and consistency
- Convert qualified opportunities into successful sales
- Follow established sales processes and frameworks to maximize performance
- Conduct professional sales consultations through phone and virtual meetings
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates within CRM systems
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience required (inside sales, phone sales, or consultative sales preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and connect with customers quickly
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Professional and confident communication style
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and online sales tools
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to achieving goals
Work Schedule
Fully Remote
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Compensation
$60,000 – $90,000 per year (performance-based)
