Sales Associate / Cashier
Responsible for providing outstanding customer service as per company standards, working with a Point of Sale (POS) system, restocking and general upkeep of the store’s cleanliness and appearance.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Providing outstanding customer service in a friendly environment, which includes: greeting every customer, having solid product knowledge and other aspects of customer service;
- Keeping informed on the products selections and promotions;
- Assisting in merchandising, displays and maintenance of the store cleanliness;
- Replenishing merchandise, pulling expired stock, receiving orders;
- Helping customers in locating merchandise and suggesting alternatives when applicable;
- Processing purchases, charges, and returns on POS system;
- Adhering to all company policies;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager(s).
Requirements / Skills:
- Retail customer service experience is preferred;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Outgoing with great communications skills;
- Professional, energetic, organized, self-motivated, reliable, positive attitude, friendly and team player;
- Ability to lift boxes/fixtures max of 48 lbs;
- Ability to climb a flight of stairs a few times daily.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 25.0 per week
