Role Overview
We will be hiring and training trowelers and will only be considering applicants with extensive trowelling experience.
Trowelers are responsible for the hands-on application of concrete resurfacing materials. This role involves detailed leveling, smoothing, and finishing of surfaces to meet company standards and client expectations. Installers work as part of a team to deliver a professional, clean, and durable finish on every project.
Key Responsibilities
Troweler
- Apply resurfacing materials to driveways, patios, and other surfaces using hand trowels and tools.
- Ensure proper leveling, smoothing, and adhesion of materials.
- Perform vertical applications when required.
- Follow all installation techniques and specifications for each product.
- Communicate with Mixer and Install Lead to ensure proper pacing and material readiness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace during installs.
- Assist with site setup and cleanup before and after each job.
- Identify and report any surface or substrate issues to the Install Lead.
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete work/trowelling overlays is NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Strong attention to detail and timing.
- Understanding of material safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting.
