A locally owned bus company based in Richmond is seeking a full time mechanic with commercial transport experience.
We require licensed mechanics with at least 5 years’ experience who have completed an apprenticeship, obtained Red Seal certification or equivalent. Ideal candidate will also have a Vehicle Inspectors license. LPG Pressure fuel certification beneficial but not mandatory. A class 2 with air license (or class 1) would also be an asset.
English language skills are required for this position as well as your own tools, transportation, and a valid driver's license.
Duties include maintenance and repairs to a fleet of light and medium duty diesel, gasoline and LPG buses. Use of vehicle diagnostic software programs is required.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 hour day. Possibility of a 4 x 10-hour shift also.
Salary: $38.00 to $46.00/hour depending on qualifications and experience. Medical, dental benefits and RSP matching plan available after a 3 month probation period.
